PUBLIC QUESTION TIME
The Director of Law and Democracy informed the Worshipful the Mayor that one Public Question had been received but had been rejected as it was a complaint or grievance and therefore not appropriate as a question for Public Question Time. There was the corporate complaints process and the Director of Law and Democracy had suggested the matter be put through that process. The questioner had been informed that the question had been rejected and of the suggested process that the matter should take and the questioner was happy with the suggested course of action.

In order to record this decision adequately it was necessary to include lengthy tables of information. Inclusion of such tables currently causes format problems within the e-genda system and because of this it is not possible to reproduce this decision/ minute on e genda in the usual way.
