ENV 40/14	The minutes of the meeting held on 3rd November 2014 were signed by the Chair as a correct record.
ENV 41/14	Consideration was given to the draft minutes of the meeting held on 8th November 2014.
ENV 42/14	Consideration was given to a report that provided the outline of the scope and interim findings of the review of the future of countryside sites. Members considered each recommendation individually and agreed them for inclusion in the final report.
ENV 43/14	Consideration was given to the Work Programme. The Scrutiny Officer requested that any items for future scrutiny topic be emailed to him.
ENV 44/14	There was no Chair's Update
