11/16		The Committee considered a report to determine an application for the grant of a Street Trading Consent in respect of a trader who wished to sell ice cream in Stockton High Street for one day during the Riverside Festival and to which objections had been received.

The Committee heard from the applicant and the objector who was in attendance at the meeting.

It was noted that although the applicant had expressed a preference for a location. The grant of the street trading consent would be subject to the applicant complying with the request of the event manager who may require the applicant to move location subject to the needs of the Riverside Festival event programme.
