55/14		The minutes of the meeting held on 8th December 2014 were signed by the Chairman as a correct record.

56/14		Consideration was given to the draft minutes of the meeting held on the 19th January 2015.

57/14		Consideration was given to the draft final report of the scrutiny review of Road and Footpath Investment Opportunities.

Members considered each recommendation individually and agreed the final report.

58/14		Members considered the Review of Bridge Assets and agreed that sufficient scrutiny would not be possible in this meeting and would require further consideration.

Members agreed to defer Review of Bridge Assets until after elections in May 2015 when it will be considered by the committee that will replace the Regeneration and Transport Select Committee.

59/14		The Scrutiny Officer updated Members on possible emerging scrutiny topics.

Members thanked the Scrutiny Officer for his work on the Scrutiny Review.
